About Preparing the Concrete:

We prep the concrete by etching with acid, then naturalizing before washing out the area.

This provides two benefits:

1. No damage is done to the landscaping.

2. All contaminates are removed, enabling the strongest possible bond with the coatings.

About Drying Time:

Gentle foot traffic is allowed within 24 hrs. We recommend not parking on the floor for 7 days. If the car is not in daily use, park on cardboard until full cure which is 14 days.

About Warranties:

The floor coatings carry 5 to 10 year warranties. The cabinets come with a lifetime warranty.

Acid Etching or Diamond Grinding the surface.

Our Epoxy / Poly Concrete Coatings are the proven, high-tech way to make your concrete floor better than new! These coatings are impervious to automotive fluids, resistant to chemicals and abrasion, and require only a paper towel for clean up. No matter how new OR clean the concrete is, it will need a rough textured surface in order to achieve maximum epoxy adhesion. The rougher the better. There are many ways to etch (or roughen) the surface of the concrete: Acid Etching or Diamond Grinding the surface.
